His two nics on Youtube were sammy sossa & badboyview, both channels are no longer.

he/they are doing this for years now. unless they got busted they deliver. also selling hot things like these stones dvd's they usualy try to wait some time and collect some orders before sending discs out because they know as soon as they send out discs they will be on line and they can't sell them anymore....

got a disc from him 2 days ago, sent on Dec. 18, non stones content. so I guess there is just an delay, nothing else.

Kevin is famous for holding onto stuff for a while to build up orders, you can't blame him because as soon as he sends them out they are up on the newsgroups...he's been filming NYC area shows for close to thirty years! Don't worry, you'll get your order...later this year...

Hi, I joined IORR so I could reply to your message. I have been buying from NYC Bitch Committee (aka Clark Kent, etc) for close to one year.
Up until early December, got really good service, regular bulk email messages, etc. Then in mid-December, it seems like he fell off of the earth.
I had $300 in orders pending, never shipped. He never replied to my emails and his weekly bulk email updates stopped coming.
I finally had to contact MasterCard in early January to file a claim to get my money back.
I figure he either got busted, or is sick or something else. But at any rate, he does not seem to be in business right now.

That's disappointing to hear, I got the first 2 DVDs and have still to get the last 2 USA ones I ordered (not the PPV)!

I think Kevin got busted. I had ordered 5 shows from him (not Stones) in mid-December. He sent two packages with 3 of the 5 shows in the span of one week. The other two have not shown up. His YouTube page is shut down and he is not responding to any e-mails.

I've got both 02s plus the audio upgrade, the 13th single cam from the side (excellent that) & the 15th of course. The ones I want are complete Brooklyn - All Down The Line is incomplete on Youtube, plus his 13th screen/cam whatever it is - yes those teasers are pretty good.

I've just got a good video editor & I've been playing around with it, steep learning curve though

Glad I found this thread...just posted in another one about my issues with NYC Bitch Committee. Had no issue with the guy a year ago with other DVDs but like everyone here...never recieved the second half of my order..the NJ/NYC shows.

Now, his email account badboyview@gmail.com has been disabled completely.

Google Wallet has refunded my money & disabled his account, no questions asked, so I suspect many others have the same issue.

This is getting a bit worrying. Reliable traders, such as he appeared to be, don't turn around & do this conciously. Can anyone relatively close to him find out if he's alright. Can someone doing what he did get put in jail? Surely that level of alleged illegality would only result in a summons, bail perhaps. Is his health OK?

Might I ask how you went about getting a refund?

I also want to add that I share your worry over the trader. He (she?) has been one of the best contacts I've ever had and totally relieable for many, many years. Shame if anything should have happened to this person.

He was busted by the FBI several months ago and will be arraigned in Federal Court sometime in the next several weeks.

Yes it's the Multi Cam version - with the Cheech and Chong stuff removed.

Iv'e traded with him several times.

Recntly received the Stones O2 second night dvd from him (yep I know its youtube clips etc but its good to have it)

It took an age to come and before I had it I e mailed him just to point out that after 3/4 weeks nothing had come. Never got a reply (that was sent to his hotmail e mail)

DVD turned up 1 week later although still not wathced the thing a shave been ill

I can never get what I want

i never traded with him but his stuff is great, but hate the logo on the screen.
