The same way you would do with a CD rar file.
But there might be a problem; I'm not sure if you can download the MfG-32 if you don't have a premium Filefactory account because it's only one large (4.1 GB ) rar file. But you will see if you try to download; if you don't have a premium account and you need one to download, Filefactory will put a message on the screen. That way you will not touch your monthly ISP quota (if you have a limit of course).
(I'm not sure if this file limit still exists)
So ,if you can download the MfG-32, when finished just rip it as you would do with a CD and then you can burn the VIDEO_TS file to a DVDr.

Chris, I did know this, but making a cd from a dvd, I know it is possible but I don't know how to do that, and that was just my problem, But you've solved it with your wetransfer upload.

You don't need a computer or software to extract audio from a DVD.
Just use left and right RCA audio jacks out of your DVD player in to the left and right RCA audio in jacks of a stand alone CD burner. Very easy, Just track it yourself while playing the DVD, or make one long 80 minute track and re track it later.

instead of extracting a lossless version from dvd, does nobody has the original audio files available?

there may be more than one recording from this show, but this is the one I used for the DVD, uploaded on hungercity by LGT in 2011:

This was an early MfG release. You made the artwork for it by yourself. Later on Mr. D did the beautiful art and there were more infos about the video and audio sources. That' s why only you know the audio used for this release.

No, you' re right. I don' t have it. First I thought the Captain made a remaster by himself but I couldn' t find one. Nothing what he has released in his collection.
yes I know. question is if someone else has the audio. you havent collected AUD recodings back then a lot, have you?
I can prepare it for an upload if someone wants it.

Seems to be the same as the one I uploaded.
So is it a Falo release? (A little confused here....)
The artwork is the same
(and in my info file it also says "The Rolling Stones

Is your upload a remastered version of my upload?
