There are only 4 trax, SMU, HTW, Satisfaction & JJF, which are from the DVD, sorry don't know where to get them.
The complete show is available from at least 2 sources,

Here is the version posted by U2Stonesfan. Listen on your headphones, mono band but audience very definitely stereo. I'm convinced that this one was recorded in front of one of the speakers that were placed in the audience so that they could here the sound better.

They are both excellent quality altho the VGP has a fuller sound
