That song is called Little One. It is actually not unreleased anymore since it appeared in "Jimis" (that is his familys') back catalogue some years ago.

There's also a version with vocals by Noel Redding called 'There Aint Nothing Wrong With That'. I dont think it's ever been confirmed that it is actually Brian playing sitar though.
