I heard a word OK. I know it's meaning also.But what does the word OKKKK means ?

theres two things it could mean
1. Its kind of like saying "Shut Up".. It extends out the OKKKKKK to make the point that you think the other person has said enough.
2. Or It could be a way of saying that You think what someone said is really strange and you don't know what else to say.

Or OK-kay-kay-kay-kay as in without saying oh in front of kay? Saying kay instead of okay.
