Hey audun-eg, I really go for the non-LP b-sides like Jump On Top Of Me, So Young, Through The Lonely Nights, Everything Is Turning To Gold, Fancyman Blues, Cook Cook Blues, Wish I'd Never Met You, I'm Gonna Drive.

The LP tracks for b-sides is just LAME. LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME LAME.

More Stones' double A-side singles:

Heart Of Stone (US #19) / What A Shame (US bubbling under #124)

Sad Day (did not chart) / You Can't Always Get What You Want (US #42)
Charted on Billboard's chart on April 1973

Fool To Cry (US #10) / Hot Stuff (US #49)
First 9 weeks on US chart credited as "Fool To Cry", next 6 weeks credited as "Hot Stuff / Fool To Cry" when FTC went down the chart and at the same time Hot Stuff had airplay on both Billboard's R&B/Black Singles (#84) and Dance charts (#11).

Miss You (UK #3) / Far Away Eyes (UK #10)
First 6 weeks credited on Music Week/Record Mirror as "Miss You / Far Away Eyes", next 7 weeks credited as "Far Away Eyes / Miss You".

Also:
Honky Tonk Women/You Can't Always Get What You Want (UK #1)
Brown Sugar/Bitch/Let It Rock (UK #2)
Streets Of Love/Rough Justice (UK #15)

Singles were credited like that on the official chart.

I don't knoe if you can still speak of a b-side hear but Gimme Shelter (Paradiso '95) the "b-side" of Saint of me is the best one IMO. I bought the sngle purely because of GS.

Cheers,
Wuudy

Best Stones related b-side remains however: BLUE.

Agreed.

You've been picking on me in several posts now. Think you've made your point! Still don't see how a suggestion to seperate OT's and Stones-related threads have made you so angry and rude...

Right there with you guys about Blue. That one is almost too good to be true. It gets be every time I hear it. It's one of those songs that makes me stop whatever I'm doing just to listen to it.

Sometime I weep
But weeping's not my game
Sometime I cry
But I'm laughing all the same

Sometime I'm blue
But blue is not my colour
Sometime I'm green
Green like any other lover

And I never know where to draw the line
And I never see the dangers
And I never know where the boundary lies
But you, you, you

Sometime I'm bitter
A taste so bad inside
Sometime I worry
That I'm going to lose my tiny mind

Sometime I'm blue
But blue is not my favorite colour
Sometime I'm red
And I see great big balls of fire

It's a long, long way (yes it is)
It's a long way down
It's (such) a long, long, long way
Yeah it's a long way to fall

And I never know where to draw the line
And I never know where the darkness lies
But you, you, you, yeah

I'm crawling to the mountains

Blue is not my colour
It's not my colour

Some phantastic suggestions here: like Blue and Everything Is Turning To Gold. But my favourite all-time combination (with a new song mentioned as a b-side) is "We Love You/ Dandelion".

Got to be "Child of the Moon". Could have been a major hit on it's own if released as an A side. The boys should really try to throw us a curve and play it live on their next tour.
