Ed Leach's cowbell work is stellar.

Yep...and turning on the radio that one night just as his solo was starting I realized right then what a unique style he had. I knew it was new Stones music before I heard Mick sing a note!

"Gonna find my way to heaven ..."

I like Keith's backing vocal part.

Yeah, Rene did the A's....wish he'd come around again sometime. He never said much, but that's okay. The rest of us say more than enough for him.

Let's do the comments in the original Track Talk.

The two threads have now been merged.

"As we say in England, it can get a bit trainspottery"

The track would have gone gold if Bruce Dickenson produced it!

Such captious comments. I like it. Anyway, here's some history:

PAUL MCCARTNEY: "I remember turning Mick Jagger onto it [SHE SAID YEAH]...There were two songs I turned Mick onto that the Stones have done. One was SHE SAID YEAH and the other was AIN'T TOO PROUD TO BEG. Mick would deny it—'Wot? Never saw him, never met him'—but I distinctly remember having him up into a little music room and playing it to him. He loved it and he went and did it."
