Imagine if just even just a slightly better than average white band got their hands on this song... THAT would be something.

This is the tune some mean tongues mean Keef nicked (?) Hate It When.. from..

BABY WASHINGTON with What Becomes Of The Broken-Hearted?
Me, I's rather say he might have gotten inspired at one certain point to
put together a tune that became Hate It When You Leave by list'nin'
to this some 25 years before..

The Cobra Records Story" (1993) - Otis Rush, Buddy Guy, Willie Dixon, Ike Turner, etc...Otis Rush "Morning In The Morning" (w/ Duane Allman & Muscle Shoals regulars) (1969, now Sundazed vinyl)...
Also the same label's vinyl pressing of Albert King's 1967 "Born Under A Bad Sign" which for vinyl fans sounds equal or better than Mofi's transfer, & adds a couple neat non album singles.
CCR (still not bought the new expanded cds), 'Bayou', 'Green River' 'Willy', 'Cosmos', & 'Pendulum' all sounding exquisite on DCC (plus the debut album from the box)....Some of the later pre-CCR Golliwogs stuff is pretty cool too....Webb Pierce....
Tim Ries 'Stones World' - wow, 85% brilliant, very fine.
The Band 'A Musical History' & Ronnie Hawkins'/Hawks "Complete Roulette" 2 cd set (excludes his non Hawks folk albums).
Free, "At Last,' 'Highway' & 'Heartbreaker'.
Sinatra's 'In the Wee Hours," 'No One Cares'...
Dr John "Gris Gris" ('67) thru "Desitively Bonaroo" & early Ace comp.
Charlie Watts/Jim Keltner Project.
Nigeria '70.
