At one point past the halfway mark of the song he throws in the progession from the Whinos Live version of Too Rude...anybody else recognize it?

Listen to Shattered on Some Girls. Have you never noticed this riff before?

Not the basic Shattered riff but the one part where it almost sound as if the Too Rude bit was plastered right on to the SAL Shattered.

I think Keith plays this riff on You Don't Have To Mean It too, defenitly plays it live. He plays it on everytihing that is reggae for him.

It's a bog standard Reggae lick that he likes to pop in from time to time wherever it works.

He does it on the album as well, but it's buried down in the mix, and it's played on the D and G-string. On SAL he uses the E and A-string.

It's not specifically Too Rude, it's just Spud said. It's just a reggae lick. I do that similar lick on a few tunes. If it is on the record of Shattered I've never heard it.

It is played on the lighter strings towards the end of the tune. Listen with headphones.
