picked up my tickets, last night, from the Imax...
i asked them about the free t-shirt-
they looked at me as if i was mad, and didn't have a clue
what i was talking about.
when i showed them the press advert, they just shrugged their shoulders, and
claimed ignorance.

Once again really poor organisation

1. People who registered (I did with 3 different email addresses
2. Site not ready for sale at 2pm
4. When site was ready at 9pm, it wouldn't accept my payment
5. Ended up booking by telephone
6. Sales rep knew nothing about T-shirt or how it would be distributed

I suppose it's part of being a Stones fan but if I had the same customer service at
Starbucks, Comet or Tesco I would have legged it years ago and not returned >grinning smiley<

Now what have I been telling you ? It's obvious ... Keef n' Ron have been put in charge of this little exercise. The words "piss up" and "brewery" spring very much to mind !!
