So I see Reuters is reporting they have a shot of her smoking Crack Cocaine on the cover of Tuesday's SUN tabloid magazine. Who cares !!! Why are all these human "Car Crashes" getting all this press now a days ?? What's so interesting about Brittney Spears or Paris Hilton or Amy Whitehouse ??? I don't get it..... is it interesting watching people totally fall apart ??? Back in the day you had to have some talent before the press took notice of you.

I think this E-mail a fan named Jessica left on Winehouse's MySpace page says it all.... "Amy, please get help. After seeing the vid of you taking crack I just cried (OH PLEASE !!! I JUST VOMITED READING THIS CRAP) I think we all new (sic) that u have a problem but always hoped the media were blowing it out of proportion, it would be such a waste for everyone if you were lost to this evil." To be honest don't really think it would matter at all - it's not like we're talking about a true talent like Aretha Franklin or Tina Turner or something... I'd much rather see an innocent child caught up in the Darfur (Sudan) Genocide have their life saved than worry about what happens to these unstable - 15 minutes of fame - ZERO GOOFBALL so called singers/performers........ could you super mega talented rockin' kids - you know, AMY, PARIS, BRITTNEY, ETC - just go back to where you came from???...PLEASE !!!

Skip Amy Winehouse and listen to Sharon Jones and Dap Kings. I believe the Dap Kings were Winehose's studio band for part of her record.

I like the "Back to Black" cd.I haven't heard anything else from A. Winehouse. The few videos on youtube don't show her as a great performer/entertainer. But she is young and may be she has more to offer. I don't think she should be blamed for the stuff written on her in the press. I wish her good luck.

The Dap Kings have been (and hopefully will be*) the backing band for all Amy Winehouse live gigs (and next album*).

How can you lump Amy in with Paris Hilton and Britnay Spears? Amy's loaded with talent, while the other two are complete wastes. Who gives a crap about her substance issues?

Donnow for how long she has been doin her thing; but thre repression,
the media anti-hype & concensus-ish despise seems to be the same thing
that happened to the Stones around 1967 (and'77) with the coppers,
customs etc.... Moral panic.. Here in Sweden they even wanted to ban Alice Cooper once...
But I'm also suspicous how quick she became huge just after she sang with Jagger.

She ought to hold a slightly lower profile with the drugs, thats my opinion.
If she could quit the most destructibe of them, even better.
