Love this place. Flying into Queenstown is absolutely breathtaking!
The airport security made themselves known to me and I was just looking through a magazine at the book shop while waiting on a friend..yea BluzDude its a great place alright its my home away from home..cheers anyway mate

Cool issue, but the errors started getting to me, then I saw he had re-hashed someone else's Anita interview and claimed it as his own.
Still, I'll buy part 2 as well though.

Need help : On another matter I could have sworn there was an article posted last week with Mick discussing the recording of D&G (sent tapes for Was and Bhasker, etc...) but I can't find it now? I think that article, or one that gost posted at the same time, had something about Mick Taylor crying after he received a letter from Keith shortly after he left in 1975 ?

Colonial - In Queenstown I had dinner at this place called Finz, then went to this Irish pub that played live music, a delightful change from the Irish pubs I visited in Australia that only play piped in Van Morrison music.
...today I just got back from 8 hours at Doubtful Sound (Milford was closed).
...Although New Zealand is 21 hours ahead of L.A., I look at it as a 3 hour time difference.

Thanks, I'd tracked down that article indeed but that's not the one I had in mind. Mick really went into the specifics of how D&G came about, mentioning it was a "deluxe" version of his demo...now I'd heard that before, possibly in a live interview, so it may have been the full version of a previous article, how annoying not to be able to find it!
