Isn't that the old figure which went through the media before they begun the 2007 European Tour? Many news articles reported this figure at the end of 2006. I guess they must have broken the $500 mio. barrier with the ABB tour, haven't they?

I guess the Guiness book is not that up to date...

I too thought they'd crossed the half billion mark but nobody responded to my comment in the other post.

The total tour gross (ABB 2005-2007) is more then 500 mio, I think it"s around 520 mio.

No it's not. I know which source you are referring to. But it says the Stones were top earners from June 2006 - June 2007 with $88 mio. However, in June 2007 the European tour just began so it isn't included in this figure, or at least only partially.
The revenues for the European tour still have to be published. BUt I guess they will break the half billion mark.
Still it's stupid by the Guiness people to already publish the ABB tour revenues although the tour wasn't over yet at that time.

I think the ABB Europe 2007 gross is about 65-70 mio (with the relatively cheeper East European prices). So it'll be about an astonishing 500 mio total gross.The second biggest ever gross is U2 with only 370 mio! Nobody can top this for a lot of years IMO.
