To me the dead was the most boring band in the world, even when I saw them live, I couldn't get into it. As far as the Doors go, chalk it up to a bad experience by these highly over-rated musicians.

while none of those bands made my worst list... I would say the people who list them ARE serious.

Not everyone digs on the same stuff

I really don't like the Doors either... I just don't top 5 hate them.

My little sister though, her favourite band is actually Bon Jovi. Don't know what went wrong with her up-bringing

Zeppelin overated and Floyd just boring in fact that's the problem once they took the roll out of rock and made it into heavy, metal, art, progressive it was all downhill.

To pick each time's pverrated band is interesting.

LOL, I do agree with the above however what I find funny is that those are probably ny wife's favorite bands and the only 5 shows she went to before she met me and I "dragged her" to see the Stones, The Who, etc... who she likes now and is extremely happy they played warhorse because those are the only song she knows!

NOBODY mentioned U2 yet?

I thought they would get millions votes on this board as THE WORST from what I've read here in the past.

For the record, I think U2 are ok, and I am fascinated by their loyal following.
When I wrote about their Honolulu show last year, many jumped on me for my observations. The show came off more of a religous happening rather than a standard concert. I enjoyed the show very much for what it was, but I Will not Follow U2 across the world to see their concerts, like I do for the Stones. If they play here, sure.
