What took you so long???

Regarding the cover....I can think of being bothered by the fact that it's Mick/Keith design was sort of GHS redux...only worse because it lacked the gatefold with the other guys images. That and the lack of information (which made sense later when I discovered how old some of the material was) was the reason I never was real wild for the cover.

But the music...the Stones were BACK!!!

I always thought that Keef looked mighty cool and Jagger's just didn't cut it ;-) (on the cover of TY)

I was really pretty busy, took me a while to get to Starship Records, then in Savannah, Ga.
RE old material -- good example of nice things that can happen when the vaults are opened.

Yes I heard on the first wenseday afternoon of september 1981 (I was 17 at the time) the intro of START ME UP for the first time on the radio and boom: my world became one in technicolor. I knew already the stones: in 1976 I bought already the single fool to cry and in 1978 Miss you but the it was only virus was only latent.

I was infected and it never got any better.
