Check out the "RARE FOOTAGE OF THE STONES SIGNING AUTOGRAPHS" .The version of GIMMIE SHELTER being played ,I've always thought is better than BRUSSLES AFFAIR. What do you think?
Yes Gimme SHelter and StreetFighting was better in London - mainly since Keith was so out of tune in Brussels...not to mention Taylor's bumnotes at SFM

beautiful - thank you for posting. Although music doesn't suit the video at all, seeing Keith going wild with his guitar is just priceless - thank you, what a jewel. is there anymore of this footage?
[www.livevideo.com]... Private footage from the stones signig autographs in the 70´s
By the way whats this documentary??? Never saw it before...in the begining it looked like the DVD Just for the Record, but is something else. Its missing the rest( so far the story goes only untill the mid 70´s) heres the link [www.livevideo.com]
What nostalgia - I remember having a poster of Keef hanging in my room where he was wearing this exact outfit black velvet (??) jacket and the red rose and playing the fender.....
....did they ever look better than in the years 1972 - 73 (and possibly 1975 - don't know why but I have a weakness for the tour of the Americas pictures)??
The video footage is from Rotterdam Ahoy 1973. No doubt about it. It's the complete silent movie shot by Dutch fan Adri. He played this movie in the late seventies at various Stones fanclub meetings. The shootings are from various songs from the whole show. The audio is overdubbed from other shows and it's not sychronized. I'm almost sure this footage comes from the bonus DVD which was included in the Bootleg CD "Keep Your Pussy Clean" live at Ahoy Rotterdam 1973.
"RARE FOOTAGE OF THE STONES SIGNING AUTOGRAPHS" is from the Rehearsels for the upcoming EUROPEAN TOUR 1973 at The Doelen Rotterdam 1973. Shot by the same guy.
Two years later this guy recorded the famous 1975 Doelen Rehearsels when the Stones were looking for another guitarist.
