I also just read that ABB (the CD - remember that one?) sold 31.000 copies. Not too shabby in Denmark ;-)

I don't think you have to sell that many cd's these days for a numero uno. And sometimes a steady seller is better than a number one. On the other hand - it is called "A Bigger Bang" ...whambamthankyoumam ;-)

Just posted the set list and some pictures on the Dusseldorf main pages. See the crowd shot from Keith side. The banner of Vilvoorde (great to meet you guys) and an IORR T-shirt and some other well known people as well.

Great news. Then they've done quite a few great shows in a row. Seems like the problems reported earlier on the tour are over right now :-)
Havn't seen many complaints about Keith the last couple of weeks. So it seems he's got his gig together again :-)

Keith back?! You must be joking!
Seldom saw him look so bad. And the same for his playing and actin'.
He was either sick or just very drunk.
Nevertheless nice gig!

Okay it's back to point zero concerning Keith then!!!

After Nijmegen, Paris, Madrid now Dusseldorf.

Best gig i saw

Keith was FANTASTIC. I slashed him after Madrid like no one else, so i hope you believe me, he was FANTASTIC.

Ronnie also.

Great great great gig.

Little bit more:

Place was almost sell out (98% i think)

Sound was really good (A1 block)

Guitars louder than bombs

Didn't like Robert Plant look a like warm up band

I believe you concerning Keith, I saw the band in Copenhagen, and it was great.
BUT the only reason you can call it a sell out, is that they moved the stage from the short end to the broad end. It wasn't a sell out according to the original plan.
But anyway nice to hear that they a great show again. I hope for the people that are going to the final 5 shows, that they will be great as well :-)

A few minutes ago a friend who was there phoned me the news: "Fantastic gig, Keith on fire, the band on fire"...

What can i say? I feel very unlucky and unhappy thinking that i could see only two gigs on current tour's leg...

Well, both of us have strongest, additional reasons to pray for another one tour! Hey, "Boys", can you hear us??

just got back home, getting out of the parkinglot onto the motorway was a nightmare.

show was brilliant. When you've been to many concerts you sometimes tend to be a bit too 'professional' in terms of analysing the single band member's performances, BUT let's face it: a rolling stones concert is ALWAYS staggering, doesn't matter if someone @#$%& up a line or a bridge part every now and then. I mean, that's what I go to concerts for. If you criticise that, solely listen to their records.

You Got The Silver was nothing short of epic. Goosebumps.

Sorry but I must really laugh about some people.

Keith did hardly play! His face was all bloated and petrified looks. He looked very ill!I was shocked!
Hardly any contact to his bandmates. No laughing apart from some professional glimpses to audience.
And lets not talk about the playin. There hardly wasn't any . .

Ron did cover up for him. And Very good!
I saw lots of gigs and are musician myself. so please - don't tell me Keith was on.
He had an absolut OFF day for shure. hope he's back next time!
And yes - Silver was really great .His finest moment today. But he didn't even play on that one.

but the scandinavian shows 2007 and düsseldorf as well, are very very good.cristal sound everywhere in the stadium, you can hear everything of the musicans. ok, i hear some errors by keith on the B-Stage at SATISFACTION . but it´s L I V E ROCK´N ROLLLLLL

where are you looking at the whole show, to the toi.....s CousinC

That's the point.
The gig was good (although I've seen much better!) and the sound/ mix was good. Very strong guitar sound. BUT - that came from Ron, Blondie and partly Chuck.
Keith part was the smallest. I liked the gig as well.
But I was just talking of Keith!

After the gig I met 5 or 6 fellow musicians. All were shocked by Keith look and playin today.
I come here - and suddenlny Keith was the best again.Well well - Keep your hope.
No hard feelings . .like them anyway as well.

(And to Vintage Stone, -I'm fine, thanx, lol! But if you think the sound was christalclear EVERYWHERE you should talk to the people in the upper circle!)

Hello everybody.
just came home after attending a pretty good and memorable show of ourboys in Düsseldorf. Yeah, Baby. This was a good one !!!!
Have seen some other shows that lacked some of tonights brilliance, like nijmegen and frankfurt. don't know if it was just the poor sound (frankfurt) or my poor mood (nijmegen, the rain, you know..) Then i got to go to BRNO, front of stage, and this was just a fantastic show, good sound, nice people, great setlist (i know about the discussions about the setlists here, but what do you expect from the greatest r'n'r band in their 60's, playing unknown blues in minor b??. me not!)
This was it!! And tonight, Düsseldorf, was awesome too, like they improve from night to night, although i did not witness more shows than those called above.
i was a little scared about the sound while The Answer (pretty good band, for the lovers of zeppelin) played. there where the echoes and the undefined sound matters like in Frankfurt, a friend of mine sitting upper rank said the sound is captured under the roof and coming back hardly, but the Stones Crew made it. Don't know how. but it was just fine. Setlist as known, Let it Bleed was a great surprise and one of my personal highlights.I liked 'knocking, though i'm a big fan of 'rambler, but you can't always get what you want. Keith's Set as ususal, you got the silver breaks my heart. Nearly cried in BRNO while seeing him doing that, first time for me, whoah. And tonight also a memorable moment. Good one. the next hour or so was also overwhelming but mainly the 'warhorses'(as called here, didn't know that term further).
Wanna say HELLO to King Bee.
Old friend of mine i don't see him that much these times, met him at the show, talked a little (or more) and figured out that i read some posts of him on this board not knowing it's him. So i promised to sign up (instead of just spying) so here I am. This is my first post. So ANSWER, KING BEE. What about Hamburg ??
Just a impression of my impression of tonights gig. Still dancing the night away.
Be happy, all you people holding tickets for the next (final) shows, have a good time, i'm sure you'll get some satisfaction.
i'm just a jealous guy.
