Hi all.

One week ago I purchased my ticket for O2 III via TM on the web and inmediatly arrived the confirmation via e-mail and five minutes later another e-mail with a "pdf" archive attached and the ticket to be printed.

I shall go to the venue with all these papers and I hope no problems at all.

As I kept, of course, all my tickets, I'm glad I have a real ticket in my hand instead of a PDF-file.

Still have'nt got my tickets and don't know what to do. I'm leaving for Hamburg on Monday and won't be home again before London. Any advice on what I should do, as E-tix are extremely unhelpful. Also is there a phone number for E-tix as I hate dealing with people through e-mail. Any help much appreciated.

Never dealt with e-tix, but if its TM, they've said to call them if youve received nothing 7 days before the date of the show. I now have all of mine for all 5 Stones/Prince gigs - the only sweat being the Stones 21/8 which were apparently sent the buyer in the US 3 weeks ago and which only arrived yesterday.

As youre in Ireland, anything really should have arrived by now. It amazes me that in 2007, these people cant grasp the concept of customers being on holiday during the summer and/or the fact that some of them may be travelling to more than one show and that its important to send tickets out at least a few weeks before the shows

Dont know any number for E-Tix, but if you can get hold of one, I'd strongly suggest you call them asap.

Thanks Gazza, I just got my post today and disappointly there is no tickets. I e-mailed E-tix and asked for a number as there is no contact details on their site. Fingers crossed I'll make the show!

Got my tickets 2 weeks ago - bring it on.

I'm in the U.S. Got mine lat week. Was very relieved as were leaving on the 16th. Stopping in Dublin to catch the Slane show!

Just printed out my tickets. What a smart idea. They send a confirmation e-mail with a file attached. Save file to desktop. Print now or later. And it only cost £2. So see you all on 21st and 23rd.

I bought 6 tickets in total for the 26th august show, 4 from TICKETMASTER and 2 from SEE TICKETS, as TM would only let me order 4 at a time and I was worried that if I made a double order, they may think I was dodgy and trying to buy extras to sell on and might cancel my entire order!

The TICKETMASTER tickets arrived a few weeks ago, and the SEE TICKETS finally got here yesterday. ( I am in South East England by the way)
