You bet. Next to the Stones and Beatles, possibly my favourite band ever.

certainly for me the best band to have emerged since the 60's.

Topper Headon hit between my eyes because he was beating his drum smoking a Bong pipe on the stage in Tokyo.

Me. I saw them 12 times - 11 with the classic line-up including Mick Jones and Topper Headon, and once in the FrankenClash incarnation, which was rubbish.

Joe has left us far to early.

I really wish I could see them one more time.

The Clash were one of the best bands ever and they stay one of my all time favorites.

I have London Calling and I used to like it but not anymore. It doesn't sound any wild to me.I prefer others bands like doors better.

I always said if you ever met someone who had never heard rock music before but was intrested in knowing what it was about you could hand him/her two albums and it would pretty much cover all the influences.

Exile and London Calling

I particularly liked the one with the reggae/ska flavour - Jimmy Jazz, Hateful, Spanish Bombs, etc. Can't remember the album title though.
