i am a stones fan but black crowes don´t enter my cd-player. berry i like, but never listen to. you see, it is not that easy to get the taste of the typical stones-fan, because the stones are what we all agree to. but then it is spreading out in many directions...

yes, the typical fan of the stones should or could also listen to blues legends like:

howlin wolf
jimmy reed
bo diddley and so on (almost every blues artist).

plus

rock n rollers: Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Gene Vincent and Buddy Holly

I think Primal Scream is also a good choice.
