I don´t trust them a bit. They´re going to screw me like last year, and I´ll end up a nervous wreck again..Checked my status for our tix to the 21st "Your tickets have not yet been dispatched."............

Against my various orders for the 21st and 23rd it says "Your order is being prepared for dispatch". Encouraging ... !!

Says that with mine, although it says the same for my Slane tickets and I got those months ago. The Prince tickets say theyre not processed yet, so I would guess things are at a more advanced stage for the Stones gigs.

Don't they offer pickup at the venue?

Not so far, which kinda makes it a bit difficult for overseas customers

TM never sems to learn/get its act together when it comes to overseas customers, remember the farce last year when for some shows they'd post them out if you lived outside of UK & Rep of Ireland, for others not, etc etc ? It had a lot of people in a right mess, sounds like they've learnt precisely f*** all from last year's uproar and are now doing it again; I'm sure I've read something on here about there being a facility to receive your tickets by mail if you live overseas for ONE of the the O2 shows ... but not the others ?? When WILL they get it together, one asks ??

Hope to get mine (3rd) soon too. Then I'll be able to relax

I might have to eat a bit of TM flavoured humble pie here ... 2 out of the 4 sets of O2 tickets I ordered turned up at home today 19th July. CONGRATS TM, you're getting tickets out within a reasonable time frame !! At last !!

Or even better, does anyone here have a name and number to a customer support agent, that actually helps people??
I hate their "Ask a question" page, did´nt solve my problem last year...

seetickets have a 'ticket tracker' facility on their website.
type in your order ref no. and your email address,
and it will give you the status of your order.

This must be the last batch - I had mine weeks ago.

yeah, I did it, but they still say they don't have the tickets in stock yet, and they will send them as soon as they'll got..
I was just wondering if any other of you bought the tix from seetickets, and got a different reply..

A bit more inside information,the tickets for 21st were only printed yesterday,
most have been mailed out apparently,
23rd and 26th printed today some have been dispatched,
though not all 21st have actually been dispatched yet,
but all will be sent out this week,thanks to the postal strike.
Another thing I was told ,TM does not have a full allocation,so if you bought from someone else no idea when they will be available.

Needless to say my contact handed me my tickets this evening

As far as I know most of 21st have been mailed but not all of them,23rd and 26th some of both dates have been sent out as far as I know every effort is being made,I think the postal strike is complicating things because Prince has all those shows before the Stones and therefore probably more urgent, but as I said before the actual tickets are now either printed and sent out or scheduled to be so this week.
Hope this makes sense to everybody

Ours turned up today for the 23rd.
I just hope that the folks who need them delivered nice and early all get them on time !
Wasn't an issue for me...the day before would have done just fine ;^)

I´ll guess i´ll end up queing at the box office again, my usual luck....
