Live? i'd go with "happy" from brussels '73 (halycon)...ferocious...just ferocious.
studio? i would like to think about this a bit before i venture an opinion. ty. tho the harmony on studio bs would be hard to beat...indelible... actually so much of his studio harmony work is spectacular...band lost a lot of thrust when keith stopped doing main harmony lines with mj imo...there are literally a dozen examples, if not more, where keith's harmony made huge huge huge impact on the best and brightest of the most golden stuff those first 15 years...huge.

This one is simple. Quite simply the highlight of BTB
Thief in the Night / How Can I Stop, in combination, are quite simply one of the greatest vocal performances by anyone ever. Maybe not a classic great voice but the emotion coming through is just the greatest ever.

Good call, Rockman. Thats an absolutely amazing performance. The bit you refer to is terrific.
Best thing on the whole DVD by a country mile, IMO.

that song is the dog's bollocks. The best thing Keith has done in the last 25 years IMO.
I was very impressed with keiths singing on learning the game from the bang dvd , just a great performance, as for the studio i would go with silver and coming down again

"It's just some friends of mine and they're busting down the door"
It's "THRU & THRU" as I saw it live at Madison Square Garden in NYC USA 9/02 Licks,I guess there is a bootleg of that actually; how 'bout the Voodoo album version?

There is indeed. That was also the song's live debut. He absolutely nailed it, too. I was there that night as well.
