I have read the help page, but for some reason I can't post an image to the board....does anyone have any foolproof instructions ?

or: go to www.photobucket.com and open an account.
upload whatever photos you want to there.
you'll see they provide three urls for each one you upload.
copy the third one - the one that starts with
