in 1996 I saw "silver" in Praha....... a very emotional moment. I hope to see it next weekend in San Sebastian too. Grate setlist so far. Thanks to the "poster" from the concert
Anyone know why Keith doesn't play his guitar on "You Got The Silver"? I know playing slide is difficult what with his fingers and all but he could still strum an acoustic I reckon.

I think he really wants to sing nice and passionate on silver - and he does (well he did before)

A lot of the reports from this tour would suggest that singing AND playing at the same time now appears to be a major problem.

Keith not playing when he sings isn't a recent development - on Steel Wheels/Urban Jungle he was already alternating singing and playing, and Four Flicks is full of the phenomenon. dispensing with the guitar altogether for Silver is - man, that is a courageous move for Keith Richards to offer himself unarmed like that. beautiful
