To everybody going to Fulda - an iorr shirt would be a perfect identifier but not suitable... Any suggestions? I'll be in Frankfurt, too for the Stones.

Are they mutually exclusive?

Saw both bands last year and will see both again this year.
Make the most of it, people. Remember the 1980's when years and years rolled by without either of them on the road?

Wouldn't be a problem for me wearing it if I got it in time for the show....

I'm going to see both the Who (Rose Bowl) and the Stones IOW Fest) - both about a week apart and near my home (Southampton). I never thought that would happen!

the funal gig, Helsinki. Front row, tho I wonder what it'll be after they start. I've seen people from back rows invade the space between the stage and first rows in many a gig at Hartwall Arena...

Being a native, do you by any chance know of a hotel near Southampton Parkway (or the airport)? Apparently it'll take about eight hours to get back to Reading by train after the gig....

You might have to scrape me off the floor at the end of the tour, but it'll be really good scrapings. - Mick Jagger

Well, I too am going on the 27th June, maybe see some of you there, I'll be in row 19 of block A3. Unless of course I win front row tickets in the competition open to club members. I think the Police are doing the same on their site.

Anyone know where I can find this on the official Stones site?

:-O

What's your budget?

I don't really know of any hotels near the venue because I live in the New Forest (to the west). I do know that there are a couple of nice hotels in Botley, which is very close to the venue (I think the Botley Grange and Botley Manor hotel come to mind). Do a search on google for hotels in Botley, West End or Hedge End to be close to the venue. Otherwise there are some huge hotels in southampton (novotel, ibis, de vere etc. same as any other city).

Thanks; I've gone for a fairly central B&B - everywhere over towards Hedge End is either booked up or £150 per night. Without breakfast.
