has anyone ever heard of a group called the Tragically Hip? They are a Canadian band that has been around for about 21 years. Anyway they are currently on tour (I caught them last month) and as part of their three song encore every night they do a cover. Among those covers they have done Jumping Jack Flash and Child of the Moon! I think I was the only person in the audience rooting ofr a particular cover song. But, alas, i got a Joe Strummer song instead on my night.
Anyway, I just thought I would throw this out there. I dont know how heavily the TH are bootlegged, but if anyone has heard Child of the Moon please share it! If I come across it i will do the same.

They actually were on the bill when the Stones played Moncton on the current(?) tour

The Hip are probably the biggest rock band in Canada, yet for some reason, they didn't achieve much success in the States. Don't know why they didn't when Bare Naked Ladies, Alanis, Nelly Furtado, Celine, Shania, Avril, etc. did!
Hey MsTuesday. I know what you mean about them being on 101. I remember in the 90's, I used to work alot of graveyard shifts and I'd listen to CFOX and they would play then constantly. It got to the point where I can sing along to most of their songs yet I don't own any of their CD's!

I saw them opening for the Stones in Cologne on the Vodoo Lounge Tour: They were hardly noticed by the audience. And when they left the stage nothing happened. No applause.
