What happened to Hot Rocks 1972-1983 or did I miss a thread?

There's a lot of stuff that don't belong anywhere near a greatest hits package...

I'm confused. The Stones released no material in '84 or '85, nor did they release any material in 2007.

Okay, I'm smartass here, but actually they did: maxi single "She Was Hot" was released in 1984 with B-side "I Think I'm Going Mad" - a song that should make the Hot..well.. Warm Rocks list... In fact, I think I haven't heard them sounding better ever since.
