What is the highest ticket seat number you got? This way we might be able to say how many seats are in each row of the sections (it´s always 2,4,6,8... or 1,3,5,7 etc so the actual seat number must be divided by 2 on Ronnie´s side [+1 / 2 on Keith´s side]).

The highest seat number I got was 16, so at least 8 seats each section.

I guess there are 10 seats each row - but what I'd like to find out is: what is the highest row someone got?

I created a seating chart theory for Rome and would like to know what you're thoughts are...

A lot of sections but it can be true otherwise it's hell getting at your seat.

yeah, a lot of sections but I guess mariannerl said that it was similar in Glasgow... And with my theory the b-stage would be right in front of the monte mario tribune...

ok, so maybe there won't be a section "A" and no "F" (someone mentioned PSE) so it could be PSE to PSB and PDB to PDE?

Something like that:

I would do the same like for the seats... 1 3 5 7 one side 2 4 6 8 the other side

Something like this

PSE PSC PSA / PDB PDD PDF

At least I just got an email that my tickets are on the way to me.. But it would be really nice if we knew where we are "sitting"...

It´s their damn job to provide a seating chart!

Oh ... so you too have coughed up a fair bit of money for tickets to a show for which you've not got a clue where you're sitting ? Yeah, me too. It's totally beyond me to fathom this to be honest. I liken it to buying a car but having to guess whether the one you're buying is powered by rubber band or 5.0 litre V8, or ordering a drink from a bar but being told you'll just have to get what the barman decides to give you ....... ? I mean for f***s sake !!

FILA : 8
POSTO : 9
The person from milanoconcerti told me this was row 18 starting from the stage. But maybe he's wrong

FILA = Row

So you must be in row 8 .

>> but only six sections in Glasgow not twelve <<

actually in Glasgow on each side of the catwalk there were 5 A sections and 5 B sections
(just counting the ones between the main stage and the b stage, that is).
the sections closest to the catwalk were considerably narrower than the others -
only like five seats across. do all the ones in Rome seem to be the same width,
or is there still too little information to guess?

I know, but maybe 8th row behind a block of 10 rows

Harm, I am confused. Why did you start to think there is 10 rows in front of you? If you look at the sections on the Frankfurt map, there are 22 rows in the front sections.

I would think you are row 8. Did you pay top price? It would be nice to confimr if the first ten rows are not the top price.

Whereever we sit at least I got also the message that the tickets are on its way like Sir Oliver. Comparing to ticketmasters.co.uk service this is alos not abd. and do not forget that some of the seating at O2 is also not clear. The seating chart for O2 is not correct. I called O2 and they confirmed it, but did not have any further information

Re: Rome Tickets etc

How surprised i am that there is seating at all in Italy. Obviously Spain and Portugal are the places to be. Did they sit on thier arses in Milan 03, me thinks not.

Ok just got the messate that PDB is behind PDA.
I do not know how we had to book for PDA or PSA, but it seems that there might be only on sale tomorrow.
Let's see.

Got my tickets today - 1st row 1PDC but it seems those are really bad seats :-(

Can't figure out where those other "platea" sections are - there's platea 2 and platea 3 but if 1PDC seems to be behind 1PDB and 1PDA then there will be even more behind my section! PDE and PDF (as someone mentioned before) and I don't understand where those other "plateas" will be.... does anyone have a clue?

I just wonder who has been able to score PDA during presales.
So far I understood that nobody did in this forum.

Those are the cetegories:

Prima platea prato dx
Prima platea prato sx
Seconda platea prato dx
Seconda platea prato sx
Terza platea prato dx
Terza platea prato sx

I got prima platea prato dx - section pdc row 1

Don't understand the whole thing :-(

You know I tried to play around with a second membership, but never tod ana PDA or PSA (destra-right, sinestra-left). So I do not know who can buy them.
I would be pissed if they are on sale tomorrow.

It was not seated in Milano. The organizer is the same.

Just as a matter of curiosity, I would love to know WHO decided to make Rome all seated. Cannot be the stones management: if so all european dates would have been seated, and they are not.

By the way, if you analise the cost of the ticket, of course this reflects the - high - costs for seating a football field, therefore I am sure that the margin is only slightly more profitable than a GA situation.

Will it pay off?

I am quite sure not.

i) 3rd stones stadium concert in italy in 4 years,
ii) prices 80% higher than last time,
iii) Milano 2006 was not a sold out (it did sell well - that means that the price fixed for 2006 was reasonably the market price)
iv) at the end of the day price of the ticket is all that matters. A fan does not pay 60 euros more to have a f+++ seat!

I´ll join the club of pissed off fans if it turns out they sold the worst tickets during the pre-sale. I got 1PDC and 1PSC - if they turn out to have two sections in front of them, THEY ARE REALLY CRAP. If I want to see the stage I won´t buy a seat on the floor, but on the tribune and PAY HALF OF WHAT I PAY NOW! Now I know why there is no seating chart! Nobody would buy these if they knew where those crap seats were.. Let´s hope its not true..

Answer to my question if there was a semilar system as in germany (cheaper tickets in front of stage):

"Si sarà identico, le prime 10 file non vengono considerati "primi posti" in
quanto troppo sotto palco
Elphi Ravizza | Ticketing Manager
Milano Concerti srl"

Translation:
Yes, as the first 10 rows are not considerded to be "best seats" as they are to close to the stage.

My question: were we able, as in germany, to get those tickets monday? Did ticketone offer this option? If not, they, ticketone, s*ck and once again a proof that the stones don't give a shit who gets the tickets.
