Lots and lots of people got an error message from the credit card system during the first 45 minutes today. I would assume many people think I is sold out, but it is not. Now it is no problem to order tickets.

A strange day to play in Oslo. From 7th to 11th of august the Øya festival is arranged in Oslo. So far there's not much competition for Stones, but Øya has already sold some thousands tickets. And if a big headliner show up, many people may priority the festival..BTW Primal Scream will play on the 7th, a great warm up act for The Stones ?!

Yeah! Get Primal Scream or Nick Cave/Grinderman as warm up acts. Would be great to get a good rock n'roll band as support. Sick and tired of crap like The Hives.

Who's fighting, and what for?

They sold 20,000 tickets in 20 minutes then another 5,000 during the next hour. The capacity is 40,000. If it is still slow through the summer then I expect more advertising and a great warm-up band. May be Kurt Nilsen, a-ha, Madrugada or Morten Abel. Or may be even a bigger band. I am already in for the Stones. Having a great warm-up is just another bonus. Like Metallica in San Francisco. Or AC/DC in Germany, Toronto and Sydney. Works fine for me. Double jackpot!

I see that lots of tickets for the Oslo gig being sold for as much as 2500 kr = 300 euro on other web-sites, like qxl.no
That's disgusting
