I have a newspaper photo with an arial view of Mick's house in France. The building itself might not be big enough to rehearse in, but they definitely could fit the stage in his yard, it's huge!

Yes, but those tours started in Nürnberg and Munich.

It`s only a guess, but some place close to Belgium like Amsterdam or my favorite Paris is another guess.
Some place close to where the first show is is the norm for a European tour, so id say London or Holland
However, unlike previous tours theyve been off the road for a long time and they'll require more rehearsal time than they normally do for Europe, so that could open up a lot of possibilities - with maybe tax reasons influencing their choice.
Uh Who Cares ? All they have to do is show up and play when you are in the arena. Unless you plan on stalking them while they rehearse. Because if you do then you are one scary person.
that's silly. we've seen some nice pics and read good stories from folks hanging around the rehearsal place in Toronto. The Stones don't mind aslong as it's fenced off - they'd might even be worried when nobody cares.

So rehearsals there - and they're probably going to use Amsterdam as a base. Travel "home" to the Amstel every night after the concerts. They've done this before, too.

His house in France is a castle. You could rehearse an entire band with stage and PA in one of the 23 bathrooms. It would be a club gig.
By the way, when was the last time they rehearsed in England? 1982 I believe? Jagger and Richards are only to be in England for 12 weeks in a year, else they have to pay tax. Funny thing by the way, that the richest members of the richest and biggest group in the world don't pay tax.
