I caught the very end of what I think was a guitar festival in honour of the Stratocaster. Ron Wood, Brian May, David Gilmour, Joe Walsh, etc. we're all there. When was this filmed and is it available on DVD?

It was in September 2004.

Yes it's availible on DVD.
It's "The Strat Pack" and was to celebrate the 50th Aniversary of the Stratocaster. It's pretty good but Ronnie's performance I think is nothing more than embarrasing!
It's probably still availible on Amazon or similar.
I think I've bust a button on my trousers....
