Yes indeed sweetcharmedlife.
I recently saw the Who,Clapton, The Temptations, here in California,
but nothing matches the adrenaline rush of anticipating a Stones show!
I can't wait!

Didn't realize you were a Californian like myself. Cool. I've been thinking about going to Europe for some shows. Don't think I'm gonna make it though.

From one Californian to another, you don't know what you're missing!
During 40Licks, I saw multiple shows in Sweden, Netherlands, England, and Scotland.
The summer of a lifetime!

This time around, my wife and I already had plans to be in the Netherlands.
When the show was announced for Nijmegen, it fit perfectly into our itnerary.
I'll only see one show over there,unless they plan a couple more in the area...hopefully a club show.

Also...while in Amsterdam, we'll be seeing reggae legend Burning Spear at the Paradiso, a beautiful venue.
I've seen Steve Winwood, Jimmy Cliff, Culture, and George Clinton there...hopefully I can add the Stones to that list.

Sounds like your the one with the sweet charmed life thier my friend.........lol.....I guess I don't need to tell you to have a good time. I've always wanted to go to Amsterdam. Sounds like my kinda place. From what I've heard.

Wow. My old warhorse of a thread comes back to life. Well the next concert I currently have tickets for is Roger Waters in Oaklnad in June. But I hope to get tickets for Elvis Costello when they go on sale this weekend for a show in May at my favorite venue. The Warfield theatre in San Francisco.
