Myself gonna (probably) go along that very railroad;

It's huge in the States. Two companies tour each December under the name, one on each side of the Mississippi. Imagine the most overblown, cheesy classic prog' rock you can imagine replete with massive light show, pyro and all the bells & whistles. People who don't ordinarily follow music love it.

President Clinton in Moncton, Canada. He appears there Nov 25th to talk about his years as President of the USA. I'm hoping he hauls out his sax and turns it into a concert.

There are single seats available in the Orchesrta for that show via ticketbastard (as of now). Hate to leave the wife home on Saturday nite, but I am considering it.

Hey Adrian, I just saw Conor Oberst (formerly of Bright Eyes) last night. Awesome show. He was with his new band, the Mystic Valley Band. If he ever performs near you check him out. Sounds a little like Ryan Adams only better.

better than Ryan and the MFC??, are you sure mate, lolspinning smiley sticking its tongue out

love Bright Eyes,
(though i don't rate him in the category of 'genius', as i do, Mr Adams)
but i've yet to check out his Mystic Valley Band.
I always try to see Mr Oberst, if he's in London town - he's Omaha's finest for sure.

Let's hope Conor isn't as drunk as the night he joined Bruce Springsteen on stage in Omaha and tried to sing Thunder Road...An absolute embarrasment...For him.
