Urban cities are places with paved streets and sidewalks. Places that you have to wear shoes when out walking. Houses with doors and windows. No straw huts.

> Deserts?

Deserts have lots of sand, scorpions, and spiders.

LOL smiling smiley I think you're taking it a too bit far here... I hope the countless fans from Mali and Ethiopia don't take offense.

San Diego could do with a little rain. It's so dry, it's ugly. And Timbuktu could certainly do with some rain. It's a huge city in Mali. Sicilian - don't be so imperialistic!
BTW: I've seen roaches in NY and LA. Never seen a scorpion in Morocco, Mali, Tanzania, Kenya. I've seen rattlesnakes in Texas, just outside an "urban" city. Never saw a snake in africa...

Anyway: It's still raining i Bergen, and the Stones-experience there was pure magic. It was litterally raining gems, diamonds and pearls - and wonderfull memories. (The following pneumonia - I'm too tough to even mention it!)

You just have to love Bergen. Every day rain. Every day sunshine. And now also a part of Stonesland, only place on the tour they used that stage. Here you see some images from Bergen. From Bryggen (the city center seaside key/harbour), and Åsane in-between the rain. Beautiful, right?

Great city. I sang in Håkonshalle once, a completely intact royal wedding palace from the 13th century .
