No no - that wasn't dirty! There really was a dance called the double bump. It was basically the bump only you bumped twice before you sort of jumped back. It was fun actually.

Hey, it's not my fault you were too old to be cool in the 70's. :-)

Wasn't looking too good, but I was feeling real well.

He hehe Pole dancing!

I'll never be able to watch Bobby Vinton the same way again.

Speaking of...

TV was SO BAD in the 70's before cable. I actually really DID watch that show back then. Bobby Vinton, Lawrence Welk, Cher, Sonny & Cher, Jim Stafford, Glen Campbell, Donny & Marie, Mike Douglas

If there was a variety show on, then gosh darn it, you can bet I was watching it. I wonder how much better read I would be had my parents limited my tv watching. I coulda been a contender!

oh well , we all coulda been contendahs ( Massachusetts dialect ) if not for a few bumps in the road '

I always thought Sonny & Cher was a great show along with the Smothers Brothers . But give me Farrah Fawcett on the swimsuit poster anytime . It was prominently displayed on the wall in my dorm room
