Also Keith doing Happy. I remember the crew using a water bottle to spray "sweat" on Keith's pink shirt as they tried to match up the "legitimate" sweat that was on his pink shirt during the actual live film.
I think this photo is depicting the "fake" sweat on August 23rd. But I could be wrong.

Where and when is this one taken?

If my memory serves me right - this picture was taken for the cover of Main Offender album, but for some reason never used. It would have been great cover and much better than the one that ended up as the album cover.
