i was thinking about MSG too, Erik Snow - indeed it's the same ripped undershirt in your shot and Chippy's as he had on at MSG,
and indeed it looks like a different one in the shots i've posted.
i'll look at the MSG footage too - which is my pleasure, you know what i mean :E
meanwhile, yeah the press photos tend to cluster around big venues - but Philip Kamin followed them around in 81/82, so ... [scratchin head]

Yes, they're good, I found them by accident...searching for MSG81 shots. It makes me wonder....maybe this guy took the shots posted by UrbanSteel too?

thanks for the link, Erik! the site where Urban Steel's shots came from said the photographer was "Ulrich E"
so i doubt it's the same cat. (and someone should write to Charles to let him know the Stones show was june 82, not may 83 ...)
