RS web site. Who are these people?

No news on Art Wood and Joe Jagger passing away. Aren't they sorry?

We all know that the RS web site stinks...But this is too much.

Actually I think that Michael Cohl's son is one of the moderators on it. The videos are sometimes uploaded by someone named Jake Cohl I think.

Maybe that's what Ronnie and Mick want.

Neither has Bv put it on his news section.Maybe there is a reason for that

The reason is that it's only just happened.

I've found that RS.com doesn't update stuff over the weekends, so we probably won't see anything until Monday.

RS.com is a commercial site. Do not expect them to be like a fan site. They have to follow rules. They do only publish approved info. They work on a schedule. They are not 24/7. Also remember family matters are private. Most people including Mick, Charlie, Ronnie and Keith do want and need their privacy. Unless information is approved and published by a family member, they do not really want their private life in the news. We have to respect the fact that even the Stones have a private life and a private family.

Exactly.
Bv, maybe (just an idea) you could put the picture of Mick, his father en Mick's daughters on your front page for a few days.

That doesn't make sense. You agree with Bjornulf that even the Stones should have their privacy and we should respect it, and then you ask him to post a picture of Mick's family?

I was referring more to RS.com actually.

BV is correct... rs.com is a COMMERCIAL site, only existing to generate $$$$ for the band...

Just say no to Ultrstar. They are owned by Live Nation just like Ticketmaster and part of Cohl's monopoly on the music industry.

yup... i got suckered in at the beginning of the tour and ponied up my $100 for a shot at decent tixs... i did get very lucky and got $160 front row bstage in Philly but i refused to cough up another $100 for the 2nd half of the US tour...

another thing about that site... the store is a @#$%& rip off.. you can get some of the exact same t-shirts at Walmart for less than 1/3 of the prices they are charging...

I've seen Jake Cohl at shows a lot with a camera - I didn't know his name until I met another RS.com employee outside the theater with whom I chatted with for a while while I held my sign asking for a ticket - he worked on the virtual ticket and seemed pretty proud of all the stuff they offer the fans.

being an idiot is obviously a prerequisite for working there, then.

I don't think Virtual Ticket is worth $100, but I got a free membership with my ticket and have enjoyed the videos and pictures. Deffinitly not worth the $100 dollars many people paid to get the presale tickets, but if it was $10 or something like that I might think it was worth it.

What stuns me on RS website are some violent, uncensored political strings in the "go at your own risk" political thread section
