I was learning to play this song last night and while reading the lyrics it dawned on me that it could be about Keith..im pretty sure it is about him...just wondered if anyone else thought it was

No, but Party Doll, Shoot off your mouth and Kow Tow almost certainly are.
as well as the solo stuff theyve both written about each other (in Keith's case, 'You dont move me' being another example), a lot of Stones songs written by either Glimmer Twin that on the face of it appear to be love songs about women are partly or primarily inspired by their own relationship with each other - Worried about You, All about You, Sweethearts Together being 3 examples

It had a little bit of sentimental input there about his feelings for Mick at the time. Just listen to the lyrics.

I went through a very tough thing in the early 80s with Mick. So you get some songs like All About You, to name just one. There's more on some of the Winos records.

To add to what lamemodem states above, Keith has gone on record that he originally wrote All About You about his deteriorating relationship with Anita, but that when he was done with it realised it was more about Mick.
Both of them have often drawn on their own love-hate relationship as a source of inspiration for writing songs, and then adapting the lyrics to the more conventional style of writing, namely about male-female relationships. A lot of the subjects of their lyrics may also be 'composites' of different people, as they rarely write completely from an openly autobiographical angle.
A friend of mine who knew Keith a few years ago told me that Keith himself told her that they write in this way and that as far as HE was concerned, 'Worried about You' is primarily a song about their own relationship.
When 'Primitive cool' came out, much was made of 'shoot off your mouth' and 'kow tow' being about keith, as was the case a year later when keith released 'You dont move me'. It made good headline material because they were at each others throats and all 3 songs had a particularly nasty edge to the lyrics. Scratch beneath the surface of 'Party Doll' though and you'll see a really poignant and affectionate farewell (or so it seemed at the time) to a once great relationship. Lines like "you used to love to Honky Tonk" and especially :
I'll drink to the dancing days I'll drink to your crazy ways Through the whiskey haze
Face the music, face the truth Chase that fleet sweet bird of youth Grow up sweetly, grow up strong Hear the heartbeat, in my song
strike me as being Mick's resigned farewell to Keith

It is about Anita but Keith wants to come off like this cool brother to Mick and he doesnt want the song to be about Anita, shes not his "wife" anymore. Today it's about Mick. Worried about you? About Keith? I wonder...

And the happy ending of this story we can find in Mixed Emotions
Let's bury the hatchet, wipe out the past Make love together, stay on the path
You're not the only one with mixed emotions You're not the only ship adrift on this ocean
