ummmm, that's his daughter Jade, not Bianca.

I would never be able to dress like that in front of my father. We would both die of embarrassment. They seem strangely comfortable with it though. Must be a European thing. Or a rock star thing.

Wasn't looking too good, but I was feeling real well.

CindyC - you get used to it (speaking as a father of 3 girls).
You also get sick of saying, "You can't possibly go out looking like THAT.......".
(It may be ok for Jade, but even she would not dress like this to catch the no. 9 bus into town).

I really like the one with MT sitting on the floor astutely watching what/how Keith was playing.

*****I know. It's MJ. I've already been set straight on my mistake, so save it! smiling smiley*****

Makes me think that he looked up to him. I come up way short when it comes to RS history. What was the relationship between MT & Keith like?

turd - I am one of three girls, I still don't think my father or any of my sisters would feel comfortable walking around with our tats in full view of our dad.
Ok, i have to ask, are you European?

On that one I think its actually Jagger sitting next to Keith, from around the time of the Beggars Banquet sessions.

As for Keith and MT, don't think the relationship was that bad, but from what I read it wasn't all that great, due to songwriting credits, guitar styles-Keith always preferred the "weaving" of 2 guitars rather 1 lead and 1 rhythm.

I'm sure there's much more than that. Anyone else care to elaborate?

Upon closer inspection, I think you're right. My initial conclusion was based on the hair style, which is very similar to how MT wore his for a period.

I don't like it as much now!

Oh really, I love that photo, I love seeing Mick and Keith during that period when they still seemed to really be good friends, rather than co-workers.

It was a magical time back then, you can feel that in the photo.

Thanks Rockman!
Keith walking the stage-stairs in 81 is a good one.
Where can this book be bought, if one can afford it? Is it expensive?

Yeah Erik - that's my other favorite one too. Keith looks like walking Rock and Roll in that one.

Cindy that's not a European thing - I would not dress like that in front of my father. Mr J also looks like he is about to say, or has just said "You're not going out like" etc. etc. - please see turd's post for rest of sentence. I'm not qualified to complete it as I'm the mother of two boys, very bored with asking them to hitch up their trousers, which seem to be worn with the waist around the lower thigh... sigh

Rockman when you say small, what size(ish) is the book please? The photos you posted are great

Stargroves - too funny! I was so busy looking at Jade's nakedness that I never even noticed Mick's face!

Erik - You amaze me with your ability to spit out the year (and date, in some instances!) of what seems like everything audio or visual related to the stones.

You da man!

Erik - I thought that was Mick in the football outfit right in front of Keith until you just said that.

Yeah, me too, I was in such a rush to look at the other pictures that I just got a 2 sec glimpse of that shot.

I was staring at Keith's face and just glimpsed the outfit and assumed it was Mick. Not the same pants though.

I don't feel so embarassed over my mistaking MJ for MT then. Hell, if it can happen to you....

Yeah, but he just got the year wrong, not one of the band members! hehehe

I think a young Willem DaFoe would have been ideal in a role portraying Brian. Anybody else see the resemblance?

CindyC- in respect of my origin, for sure I am a Euro.
My girls drive me nuts with their backsides poking out of their jeans etc, but I am told this is the fashion. But you never look at your daughter in the same way as other people do.
I rather think this pic of jade has been 'doctored' - if you look closely, her body has an outline, she also has no feet. Alegedly, Jade was meant to be doing a shoot for 'Playboy' - did anything come of this do you know?

I heard it was Elizabeth that was supposed to be doing the Playboy shoot.
