I like Kiss, but not obsessed like with the Stones.

If you want to know what I think of Kiss,the answer is not a whole hell of alot.They have a couple of good songs here and there but are highly overrated,more well known than they probably should be.I chalk this up to their ridiculous "we need attention" costumes.

KISS was/is entertaining, great pyrotechnix, stage show and some basic catchy rockers.
The Stones has more substance and diversity. Way more.

Not a real band.

76-77 KISS was absolutely huge, although it wasn't so much for their music as it was their theatrics.
Anyone watch that Gene Simmons reality show? I remember someone asking him which KISS song he liked the most and he said whichever one makes him the most money. What an artist!
I don't consider them to be KISS if Ace Frehley and Peter Criss aren't in the band.

I don't really like Kiss. They didn't put enough substance into their music.

Very overrated, and they've got like two numbers that people know.

They were actually my favorite band until I was about eleven years old. Then I discovered the Beatles and finally discovered the Stones.

Most of their stuff sounds dated to me now but I still like some of the songs and the two Peter Criss ballads I still love ("Beth" and "Hard Luck Woman").

Kiss are sh1t. Crappola of the highest order. If the songs were good enough they wouldn't need all the make up and the rest of the bollocks they use.

I like them a lot.
They aren't by far the best songwriters, the best musicians or the best singers, but they make a good effcient rock and roll.
The shows have always been worth the money I've paid, and I remember they wer always BY FAR NOT the mosty expensive rock concert I saw in the years I saw them.

They give you what you come for : make up, pyros, lights and rock !

My son is a Kiss-fan, so I got my deal of Kiss-music. Some is good and some is not. (I'm not liking Stanleys voice)

Sorry but (along with Iron Maiden) Kiss is one of the worst and pointless bands ever. At least for me.

Kiss suck. None of them are very good musicians or songwriters and they overdo there live show to compensate. I remember then doing Finsbury Park in london about ten years ago to about 15000 when it was supposed to be 70000. Didn't stop Gene Simmons announcing there were 70000 though just like when he said in his autobiography that Kiss healined at wembley stadium once dispite the fact that no member of Kiss has ever played there. Maybe its not Kiss i hate so much as Gene "i've slept with all the women in the world but am not unfaithful" Simmons.
