Wow. So you remember the Banana Splits show. Trying to remember their names. Was one Fleego? What about the others?

jigsaw puzzle take 12 posted by His Majesty on the "jigsaw puzzle thread"
a "session take"...fascinating hearing the piano, slide, bass & drum tracks like this w/out vocals, acoustic git or 'production' per se...raw and unmixed & unfinished...lovin' it. when the take is over...little mick improv comic high school hop for a few seconds, nicky plays saloon cowboy piano lick than i listen to the whole longass thing again, cool

I watched "The Departed" again over the weekend and enjoyed hearing "Baby Blue" by Badfinger. I dug up "Straight Up" and am quite enjoying it! (after too much Merlot!) Tragic, forgotten band. This is a superb album!

Me too. I really like this album. Wilco seems to re-invent itself with each album just enough to keep it interesting! The guitars here sound a lot like early Steely Dan for me. I never woud've expected that!

Been listening to a lot of reggae lately.
Found a great song on Eternal Thunder (Radio Shratch april 2007) which is Serious Time by Joe Banna.
The backing track is Sufferers Time by The Heptones.
