In 81, a guy I worked with in D.C. won 2 tickets on one of the radio stations there. He didn't want to go so I bought them from him for $100 each (rather high, more on that later, for the time) and then sold one to another guy in the office.
Turns out the seats were on the side - not bad, as I recall through the fog - at the Cap Centre.
Bobby and Steve Womack opened. Alas, severe intoxication not to mention whatever was being passed around, has limited my ability to recall much else that evening.
Anyhow ... have a good time.
I'm looking forward to Louisville myself. In a less limited intoxicated capacity I would imagine.
