From what I understand, Mick has other commitments from September onwards. I dont know what they are, but I would imagine its to do with either the completion of his solo album or else film production projects

I have never claimed to "know everything". Anyone who does would be an @#$%& and a liar. I dont know of a single person close to the Stones camp who 'knows everything' about what they do or what they plan to do. Some sources are more reliable than others, and some contradict what others are saying - but I dont know of any with a 100% success rate regardless of who they are!
Last week you've been talking about a

Wrong. I said that one source I had mentioned northern Germany (it was actually Bremen) as a tour start. I never claimed that it would for the simple reason that I didnt know where it was going to start - but I merely mentioned a German date as a possible. On this one, it turned out pretty much everyone was wrong as most people were talking about Barcelona or Rome. From what I understand they changed a few shows around at the last minute (which may explain the 11th hour delay in the announcement)
End of tour in London

Well, you can define 'first scheduled' in many ways. One of them being the original list of shows - as announced a few days ago. However, just because shows get added after that doesnt mean they arent on the schedule at the time of the announcement. The Stones have provisionally booked extra nights at the 02 Arena - but just havent announced them, so those dates are "scheduled" as its intended that they'll play extra dates after 21st August.
Generally recent tours have been prolonged only due to additional demand for shows or (more often) because shows have had to be postponed due to ill-health. However, the crew are contracted to a certain date and the band members may at some point have commitments after a certain date so there will always potentially be a date beyond which they WONT play any more shows.
