Enough puff for biking



FORTY years of fags don’t seem to have cost Keef too much puff as he cycles along a country lane.

The ageing rocker was spotted riding near his home in a secluded village in West Sussex.

An onlooker said: “For 62, he looked in great shape. Whether he smokes or not is no problem to anyone living around here.”

Richards took up cycling as part of a keep-fit programme after his recent brain surgery op following a fall from a tree in Fiji. He has made a complete recovery.

Well, after the coconut accident I wouldn't want to hear Keith Richards pulling a Nico-style kind of death.

Those shoes he's wearing almost look like slippers...if it were Mick on the bike, you know Mick would be wearing some kind of ridiculous pink/yellow/black tri-color spandex unitard, with a puffy space-age jacket, blue $800 pair of goggles and an aerodynamic helmet that looks like it was squeezed out of a toothpaste tube...no doubt Mick would have all this state of the art cyber bike gear, digital heart monitor and speedometer and stuff, and Keith is just like, gimme a black bike, black jeans, black shirt...and the captain's hat.
