I cancelled my membership after the Barcelona desaster and I'm still waiting for a refund.

There is some page on your account on RS.com where you can check if it has been refunded. I cannot check it right now, but it must be somewhere where you see the purchases you made, etc. Perhaps you can find it and see if it has been refunded.

Have the same trouble about refund, the message I get is an autoreplay saying "we will respond soon" - well the first time they said that was 7 months ago!!!!!!!

So to whom do you write the letter then?
