This is my first post and excuses me; my English is not so good.

Three weeks ago, I send my tickets for the cancelled RS-Concert in Göteborg back, to

Ticnet
Box 450
573 25 Tranås
Sverige

by registered letter Internationally back light, to refund the ticket price.

Till today I have heard nothing from ticnet. No Back light and also no money received.
How long time does ticnet need, to take money online back from sverige to germany?

Has anybody maybe the same problem? Information wanted.

I brought my ticket to the nearest ATG-förhandlare. For me that was Ica Åre.
They scanned my tickets and paid the money.

I returned 5 pieces, and got all the cash right in my hand.

Sorry for me it costed me 75 KR to exchange it into Norwegian money in my bank.

I certainly felt bad, returning my tickets!!!

Sorry, I´m learning posting.

You don't have to send tickets, you just go to your local ATG-ombud and you get the cash!

If I were you I would call them immediately and take care of it!

I doubt they have ATG-ombud where swayinberlin lives...LOL!

So, has anybody outside Sweden got their money back? I'm still waiting for mine.

Starting to think think I've been robbed.

I got my money back last week (Norway), took about 2 1/2 weeks from I sent the tickets back till the money was on my account. But I ordered the tickets online and sent them back to GotEvent, not Ticnet, see the instructions on [www.ema.se]

Until today I have not received the refund. Only information from Linda from Ticnet AB, that the refund is on the way and she gave me the following telephon-number

"Please contact GotEvent 0046 31 81 10 20"

I am waiting just another day and call them on the phone tomorrow.

need some help to get my money back

no refund received me until today. Why does it take so long?

On the 7th of July they reveived my tickets back at Ticnet Box 450 - Tranas.

What are they doing?

Enjoying our money, of course. Probably having the time of their lives while we foolishly believe that some day they are going to return our pennies.

Seriously speaking, I'm not sure what should be done now. I would not want to waste any more money on international phone calls but it seems that it must be done in order to find someone to answer my questions as they do not seem to react to emails.

In my opinion, the way they are treating their abroad customers is beginning to seem somewhat criminal.
