Actually a non-parisian who would walk down the streets of that city would simply not imagine that France is going to play a final today. It is simply as though being at this stage of the competition means the end of the road. I ain't keen on statistics, but is there a team who won 2 finals in 8 years ? British brokers have Italian as favorites. French team appeared to me exhausted at the end of their semi-final. So, I suppose it is the day of Italy.

I'm not so confident in the french's victory.
Con : tiredness and one day less to rest, 10 different scorers for 11 goals in the italian team.
Pro : France never failed in final (1998, 1984, 2000, 1984 olympic games and two cups of confederation), Henry scored many times against italian teams in the past, France is the only nation to win during this tournement after 0-1 against Spain.

Yes dunhill, I have imagined that indeed! I hear the atmosphere is fantastic down there in the first place, but if Italy win I think the crowd will be absolutely crazy. And that will affect the band, they will be thrilled to play such a great audience. Proffesional as Jagger is, he will probably enter the stage wearing the italian footbal shirt. Just two days left...It will be HOT!

Why can't it be a draw and then BOTH sides win ?

It's obvious that FRANCE will be the Winners !! All that has to happen is a few fans in the stadium in Berlin throw down some small Pizza's on the field and it will totally distract the Italian team....it's an old trick. I suspect if there are lots of goals it will be Italys day. If its a 1-0 it will be in Frances favour. I'm therefore rooting for Italy. But I've called just about every game wrong so far!
