They forgot about "Hot In The City" with Billy Idol, "Start Me Up",
and they've written "Unbelievable EMF 1991", it's supposed to be "Unbelievable Columbia 1990".

And "Mama we'r all crazy now" by Slade. The dude who put this list together did obviously not understand that there is a world existing outside..... that big one in the west.

List goes to shit about 1983, as music in general did.

THat's true. I often use 1983 as THE downfall years of popular music.
Of course it bloomed up in mid 90s, after 10 horrible years.

There was a lot of good music in the '80s, it just wasn't popular. And a lot of it didn't get well known until later. Bands like Replacements, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Smithereens, Georgia Satelites, REM, U2. Some older artists put out some good stuff in the 80s as well - Springsteen, Petty, Dire Straits, Cars, Police, Peter Gabriel, etc. But I agree that popular music in the '80s blew like no time before or since (ok, 1955 and up, anyway).

How is "Brown sugar" the definitive "summer song" from 1971 when it was a hit in April?
