That Mick is gonna have a cold that night, Keith and Ronnie will be still both hang-overed from New Year's and Charlie would have to play with a North Face ultra thick parka in place of his signature light jacket and the show will be cancelled again winking smiley

It means that they are RESCHUDULING a NEW date for Czechoslovachia. They are probably waiting for the green light from the Stones Staff (Cohl) to give the TRUE date.

Come on, that must be a sick joke ptrsmiling smiley Or at least I refuse to believe it. Thanks for the link, though... I would be calmer if today was April 1st.

Each visitor will get for free a stylish fur cap with the logo of the band… smiling smiley))

The municipality is sure they can handle such huge action – “In case of calamitous snowfall we make sure to hire a big amount of machines to remove the snow from the whole area of Letná”, says the chief magistrate.

January is indeed not the best month for an open air concert, but we didn’t succeed to negotiate a better date, says the local promoter.

Sazka is for 17.500 people, not bad at all, in 1998 they played in front of 12.000 people in Prague

Dunhill - that's almost sure below 0° C, full of snow. That's crazy.
Don't panic Adams, it all sounds absurd. Btw, thanks for the capacity. I've read that about 25 000 tickets were sold, so Sazka Arena is not enough.
Opening with Winter - you crazy?smiling smiley The would have to be on fire like hell, if the crowd shouldn't freezesmiling smiley Rockers, She was hot, Summer romance...smiling smiley

Oh, smilingsun, I am not in panic. It would be cool to see them in an arena at last. For me it is the same way to Prague as to Brno. Of course the day is probably a mistake but not necessarily the year. They are already listing Barcelona and Madrid for 2007 which however might be a mistake too.
At this moment I don't know what I want yetsmiling smiley Maybe it would be good to see them in 2006 and 2007 too.

if this is true surely this is a nwe gig and not a reschedule of the Brno one

also for Jim Price Czechoslovakia doesn't exist as a country any more

if this is true does that mean Vienna and the other shows will also be in Jan feb ?

The offical mail from the Czech promoter arrived to all ticketholders of the Brno show today:
"The new date of the concert will come into public till 5. 6. 2006."

So, I don't have much trust about the january show in Prague. We'll have to wait to 5.6.
